Exchanges and Refunds
We do not offer a refund or exchange for press on nails products as these are hand made. We strongly encourage our new clients to buy a blank tip kit set to check sizing against their own nails.
Nail art products and supplies are non-refundable once the order has shipped. A change to the order can occur before the order has shipped. Therefore before purchasing, contact the store via email to have your questions addressed before ordering.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Cancellation ( if applicable )
If you’d like to cancel an existing order, please email us within 12 hours after placing your order. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping value is over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
