General Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at NailFuel Bar. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days from our location in Toronto, Canada. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there’s something wrong with your order or shipping address, we will contact you via email. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, please get contact us at store@nailfuel.ca
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Prices shown are in Canadian dollars, we recommend switching currencies if CDN currency is not your standard currency.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Canada / USA to a physical address which is not a P.O Box.
Postal Tracked Package: Standard delivery in 5-7 business days
Courier – 3Day:
Delivery by the end of the 3rd day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is placed Tuesday night and processed on Wednesday, it would arrive on Monday the following week.
Courier – 2 Day:
Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order has shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday Night and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday.
Courier – 1Day:
Delivery is the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with next day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday, would be delivered on Monday the following week.
All indicated examples and time of shipping are based on packages arriving to the courier depot by 4Pm. Delivery delays can occasionally occur which is not the responsibility of NailFuel bar.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
NailFuel bar ships to addresses within Canada to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses for Postal Tracked package only.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for international shipments will show the declared value. Products are marked as sold, and cannot be marked as a gift.
International order may require an additional day or 2 for processing and customs clearance. Nailfuel bar does not sell items on the hazardous list for international shipments.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Prices are shown
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages & Lost Package
NailFuel Bar takes care to package your items properly. Other than a TipKIT order, our store only uses tracked shipping. We are not liable for any damaged products due to a damaged package or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or is lost - please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Depending on the carrier - we may have to initiate a trace for a lost package to assist in finding it.
Please save all packaging materials , take photos and damaged goods before filing a claim.
